    • The service includes a feature to check the availability of domain names. This function allows users to quickly ascertain whether a domain name is currently registered or available for purchase

3. User Accounts

  1. Account Creation:
    • To access and use the services offered by domainbear, users must create an account. Accounts can be created by:
      • Registering with a valid email address and creating a password.
      • Using Google OAuth for a streamlined registration process.
    • Users must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
  2. Account Responsibility:
    • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account.
    • domainbear is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the user's failure to comply with this security obligation.
  3. Use of Google OAuth:
    • Users opting to sign in via Google OAuth must ensure that their Google account is secure. domainbear is not responsible for any breach or compromise of Google accounts.
  4. Prohibited Use of Accounts:
    • Users may not use another person’s account without permission. The creation of multiple accounts to exploit domainbear’s features or for fraudulent activities is strictly prohibited.
  5. Account Security:

  6. Account Termination:

11. Dispute Resolution

  2. Governing Law:
    • These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Germany.
  3. Jurisdiction:
    • The user agrees that the courts of Germany will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes or claims that arise out of or in relation to the Terms and Conditions or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
  4. Arbitration Agreement:

If domainbear has not been able to resolve the dispute informally, we each agree to resolve any claim, dispute, or controversy (excluding any domainbear claims for injunctive or other equitable relief) by binding arbitration by the German Arbitration Association (Deutsche Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit) under the Rules of this Association.
  5. No Class Actions:
    • Users can only resolve disputes with domainbear on an individual basis and may not bring a claim as a plaintiff or a class member in a class, consolidated, or representative action. Class arbitrations, class actions, private attorney general actions, and consolidation with other arbitrations are not allowed under our agreement.
  6. Exceptions to Arbitration:
